Camp Breaks Record in Virginia Tech Women's Win

 

Rachel Camp has a Virginia Tech record all to herself now.

 

Camp scored 33 points, the most ever in a game by a Tech freshman, to help the

Hokies cruise past Western Carolina.

 

East-West Boys 2014 All-star  Team

 

Our 8th grade boys coach Aubrey Hollified severed as the head coach for 2014 East-West All-star team.  The Heat family salutes you!

 

The Forest City Heat Boys and Girls had an awesome summer.  The 9th grade boys finished up #4 in the Southeast region, after a successful 62-6 record for the summer. This team competed in some of the top showcase tournaments across the country.

 

The 4th grade boys won the NC State Championship and then on to finish up #1 at the YBOA national championship in Orlando, Florida.   They also attended the USBA national championship in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina finishing #2.  

 

The 5th grade boys won the NC State Championship on their way to finishing in the top 5 at the YBOA national championship.  They also finished 3rd in the nation at the USBA nationals in Myrtle Beach.

 

The 7th grade boys had a great summer.  They won the AAU and the NTBA state tournament.  Winning two state tournaments in one season is a great accomplishment.  They were the NTBA national runner-up.  They finished number two out of sixty teams from across the country with a final record of 68 - 5.
